Dimensions: 258 x 194 mm the sheet is part of a bi-folio. Of this, the right-hand fol., now approx. 258 x 150mm., is preserved completely Of the left-hand fol. all that remains is part of the right-hand margin in which parts of a few notes may be seen

Extent: one sheet Clear traces of a vertical fold and needle-holes indicate that the sheet is part of a bi-folio
